Refund policy
At Peakpro, we take pride in supplying high-quality materials and providing reliable service to our customers. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated below.
We will gladly accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during transit
- The incorrect item was supplied due to our error
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The product must be unused, uncut, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
Proof of damage or defect (photos) may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-cut materials (CNC routing, panel saw cuts, or any custom sizing)
- Special-order products
- Materials that have been cut, altered, fabricated, installed, or used
- Clearance or discounted items
- Adhesives, chemicals, tapes, and LED products once opened
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before processing or cutting begins
- Once an order has entered production, cutting, or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled
- Special-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Delivery & Pickup Orders
- Customers are responsible for inspecting materials at time of pickup or delivery
- Claims for visible damage must be reported immediately
- Peakpro is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation after pickup or delivery
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
Store Credit
In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit at Peakpro’s discretion.
