1. Vertical Panel Saw for Straight Cuts
Fast and accurate straight cuts on full sheets.
Ideal for sizing panels efficiently.
2. CNC Router Cutting (5’ × 10’)
Precision cutting for:
• Custom shapes
• Cutouts
• Letters
• Panels and complex designs
3. Foamboard & Corrugated Plastic Cutting
Clean, accurate cuts using a Fletcher cutter for foam boards and coroplast sheets.
How to Order
Step 1: Email Your Cutting Job
Send all cutting jobs to: orders@peakpro.ca
Step 2: Provide Job Details
Include the required information below based on the cutting method.
Step 3: Confirmation & Processing
We’ll review your request, confirm pricing and lead time, and proceed once approved.
Email orders@peakpro.ca with:
• Material type
• Thickness
• Colour
• Sheet size
• Vector file (to scale)
Vector file guidelines:
• Must be 1:1 scale
• Clean artwork (no double lines, no open or overlapping paths)
• If multiple materials or sheets are included, files must clearly label each sheet with:
material, thickness, colour, and sheet size
Email orders@peakpro.ca with:

• Cut list / sizes to be cut from each sheet
(Pieces should be calculated to fit within each sheet size.)
• Please account for cutting thickness (kerf) when designing jobs. Blade or router bit thickness is approximately 1/8”.
• Vertical panel saw cuts are for sizing purposes only. Edge finish may not be perfect, and final dimensions may vary by approximately ± 1/8”.
